1.2 Məhsulda problem yaranarsa Administratsiya ilə əlaqəyə keçməlidir.
1.3 Həddi bulağa çatmamış şəxslərin Valideynlərinden icazəsiz Etdiyi ödəmələrə görə sistem məsuliyyət daşımır
Administratsiya səlahiyyətləri və öhdəlikləri.
1.0 Sifariş verilmiş məhsul 24 saat ərzində (maksimum 3 gün) yerinə yetirilməlidir.
1.1 Müştəri tərəfindən hansısa məhsulda problem yaranmasına dair bildiriş gələrsə araşdırılmalıdır. Əgər problemin müştəri ilə əlaqəsi yoxdursa 30 gün ərzində məhsulda yaranan problem aradan qaldırmalıdır və ya həmin məhsul yenisi ilə əvəz olunub müştəriyə təqdim edilməlidir.
1.2 Veb səhifədə istənilən vaxt dəyişiklik oluna bilər.
1.3 İstifadəçi tərəfindən baş vermiş problemlərə görə Administratsiya məsuliyyət daşımır.
1.4 Məhsul alındıqdan sonra növbəti 1 ay müddətə qədər zəmanət verilir.1 aydan sonra baş verəcək problemlərə görə məsuliyyət daşımırıq.
Məhsul istifadəsi.
1. Satışda olan məhsullar Azərbaycan və MDB ölkələri üçün nəzərdə tutulub.

1. Ödəniş zamanı səhvən başqa hesaba pulun yüklənməsinə görə GameX.az heç bir məsuliyyət daşımır və pul bərpa olunmur.
